GUARANTEE
Heavenly Wrappers always strives to bring you the best quality,
both in our product and in our service. If for some reason we
make a mistake, we will do everything possible to make it right.
Candy bar wrappers are custom made and cannot be replaced unless
there is an error made on our part such as a misspelled name,
omission of names or the incorrect date is printed. To Guarantee
your satisfaction with the final product, we will provide you
with a FULL COLOR PROOF (image file) via email before we print
your order. Feel free to make changes, we want every customer
to be satisfied with our OUTSTANDING product. We pride ourselves
on exceptional customer service and a quality product. All orders
are shipped within one week of order approval. It's important
that you proofread your wrapper carefully we are not responsible
for a mistake on your part.
CANCELLATION
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once you have approved
the final design for your wrappers, any cancellations will require
a cancellation fee of 50% of order total. All sales are final
once shipped.
SHIPPING
To prevent the chocolate from melting we recommend wrappers
with candy ordered between May 15th - September 30th, be shipped
Next Day delivery.
The bars should be shipped to an address where someone will
be there to receive it so the bars aren't left outside. We will
not be held responsible for candy shipped that is not picked
up in a timely manner. We will do everything possible to assure
your candy bards arrive safely to their destination. However,
we are not responsible for wrapped bars that melt or are damaged
due to the heat. Depending upon your actual order size and items
ordered, processing can take up to one week. If time is a factor,
please email us for expected ship dates. We'll make every possible
effort to accommodate your schedule. As usual we will process
all birth announcements immediately.
Actual shipping times are between 2-7 business days depending
on your location. Standard delivery packages are shipped via
UPS or Fed Ex. Please note that shipping does not include processing. |
