Do I have to buy the candy bars already wrapped?
No, you may buy the wrappers either with or without the candy
bars. This can provide you with a significant savings because
of the additional labor and high cost of shipping the bars,
especially during the summer, you may prefer to supply your
own chocolate.
What kind of candy bars can I get custom wrappers for?
Most of bars come in three size: 1.55 oz Hershey's Chocolate
Bar, Nestle's Cruch Chocolate Bar and
Hershey's Assorted Miniatures
Do you accept Visa & MasterCard? If I pay by check does
it take longer to receive my order?
Yes, we do accept Visa and MasterCard. All orders placed on
our site our entered through our secure server. We also accept
checks and money orders. We now accept checks online via our
secure site. You will have to wait 7 days for the check to clear.
How Do I put the wrapper on?
We'll send you wrapping instructions with your order. We suggest
using a glue stick to secure the wrapper.
How do I place my order?
Once you select the wrapper you want, you'll be directed to
our secure order form.
Can I have a photo or logo on my wrapper and why is there an
extra charge? What file type should I send my artwork in?
Yes you can have photos and logos on your wrapper! Please remember,
if using a professional photograph you must have written copyright
release from the photographer prior to placing your order. The
extra $10.00 charge is not only for scanning and retouching,
cropping, placing etc... it is time consuming but these photo
wrappers are beautiful! You'll love the finished product it's
worth the extra charge. If you're sending the photo via email
please send it as a jpg file.
How long does my order take?
We recommend that you place your order and enter as much information
as possible on the order form, we will contact you by email
to get anything else we need to know then we will begin working
on your order; upon receipt of your payment, your order will
be mailed out within 1 week once we receive your approval to
print. If you need it sooner than that, there's a rush order
fee of $10.00 which will be added to your order along with any
applicable over night mailing costs.
What type of paper do you use?
We use a soft gloss laser paper for superior quality and vibrant
color which is the best for images. All orders are printed on
our state of the art laser printers. Lasers give you a professional
quality wrapper without worry of ink smears. The finish is permanent
to ensure your keepsakes will last forever.
Can I mix & match designs and wording from your site?
You certainly can. We suggest that you browse all of our wrapper
selections. You can choose a wrapper design from any occasion
and change the wording.
